As Justin and The Tennessee Kids kicked off The 20/20 Experience World Tour in full flair in Melbourne this week, we invited Manchester-UK-hailing, Melbourne-based photographer Andy Hatton to snap and write about the experience on Sept 18th, 2014. We were attracted to Andys "documentary style with a cinematic feel." His artistic mission is to "use harsh light and dark shadows working in both colour and black and white...to portray the beauty and energy found in everyday life." We love how he infused his film noir-style with #JT2020Tour setting - and his writing below transports you right to the space. What a kick off! Lets keep this up Australia! And we want to hear your thoughts and experiences as well below in the comments!

Social Report / / Andy Hatton // Melbourne // Sept 18th 2014 :

The stadium lights go dark, the stage lights go up, a huge dark silhouetted figure engulfs the back wall of the stage, and everybody is screaming. Justins lone figure rises and stands tall, and from that moment on, he has the entire crowd in the palm of his hands. "Pusher Love Girl" blasts out of the stadiums speakers and there are more mobile phone cameras in the air than Ive ever seen before.

All the attention is on Mr Timberlakes every move; he twists, he turns, he runs, he points, they scream. He takes a moment to stand and take in the atmosphere. Its electric - what it must be like to stand up there every night and get that kind of reception, to be able to entertain that many people and have them be mesmerized by your every move...

Its pretty evident Justin exudes confidence and rightly so: this man is the ultimate showman, backed up by the ultimate band, The Tennessee Kids. They rock the crowd throughout the night, hit after hit, "Like I love you", "TKO", "Holy Grail", "Cry Me A River" and the crowd responds - screaming louder, dancing harder, singing every word. Everyone is in party mode and its pretty damn obvious that everyone is having a good time. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to be in the 901 Sauza tequila lounge so the drinks were flowing and the party atmosphere was building.

Half way through the show, lights go out and theres a 10 minute intermission. The staff start frantically wiping down the bar tops and a few checks are made on what looks like a stage/platform in the middle of the arena.

The show kicks off again and not long into the second set, a large perspex stage rises up and over the floor of the arena, with the crowd going wild as Justin and his team of dancers pass over head. Everyone in the arena gets a front row seat at some point in the night; even the people right at the back of the stadium would have had a ridiculously good view. Some stairs fold out and Justin walks down towards the platform followed by his dancers......and then they start dancing over all the bar tops! Theyre all so close; people get hi-fives and hand shakes and the show starts to feel really intimate, which is hard to do in a stadium this size! Justin belts out some covers of Elvis and MJ and drinks a sneaky shot to kick on the party. "What Goes Around... Comes Around." Justin is having a good time and so is the crowd.

The end of the night is closing in, but not before three classics are smashed out, "Suit & Tie", "SexyBack" and finally "Mirrors." The whole night confirms that Justin Timberlake is the biggest showman in the world right now; he oozes class, every man wants to be him, every woman wants to be with him. The lights go out, the show is done. No one is going home disappointed.

Justin and The Tennessee Kidscontinued on to Adelaide for The 20/20 Experience World Tourand selected twenty-six-year-old Aussie-based photographer Sammy Roenfeldt to take pictures at the show and report his experience. Sammy has been traveling around the world to document the lives of band and musicians alike. We were drawn to Sammys work as he admires the power of photographs to preserve memories and tries to highlight musicians personalities through his lens. Plus, hes got a sense of humor :)

Check out his report below! Thanks again, Sammy!

Also, wed love to hear your thoughts about the show in the comments!

Social Report // Sammy RoenfeldtAdelaide // Sept 23rd 2014:

The room goes dark, the suspense builds, "J T... J T... J T..." echoes throughout the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

A silhouette appears, accompanied by screams from the crowd. Its time! Lights, camera... JUSTIN.

Justin Timberlake and The Tennessee Kids rise from beneath the stage to show Adelaide how its done one more time at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre (night two). They fittingly open with the first track off The 20/20 Experience, "Pusher Love Girl."

From this very moment, you are not just watching a show, you are getting the JT 20/20 Experience.

JT pauses for a moment to soak it all in...

"Whats up, RADelaiiiide" ... The crowd goes mental, and you can tell JT is enjoying this as much as they are.

The show kicks into overdrive smashing out hits like "Rock Your Body," "Like I Love You," and "Summer Love." JTs moves compliment his incredible vocal range.

Before the end of the first set, JT spots a sign in the crowd...

"Is it your birthday today?" JT asks the girl in the crowd. JT takes out his in-ears to ask her name and how old she is turning. Turns out the fan, Victoria, was about to have the best 19th birthday present anyone could ask for. JT along with the Tennessee Kids AND the entire Adelaide Entertainment Centre went on to sing Happy Birthday to Victoria. Safe to say, any future birthday presents will be downhill from that moment.

Before getting into the final song of the first set, JT gets the crowd hyped up further with what has become a right of passage at any Australian show.

JT: AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE.

Crowd: OI OI OI!

The crowd cheers.

JT and the Tennessee Kids round off the first set with the smash hit "Cry Me A River," leading into a ten minute intermission.

At this stage I was lucky enough enjoy the show from the VIP 901 Sauza Lounge. The drinks were flowing and the bartenders were frantically wiping down the tabletops in prep for set two.

JT comes back on stage with The Tennessee Kids bust out a few back-to-back hits off The 20/20 Experience while the ladies and gentleman of Adelaide Entertainment Centre scream back lyrics.

JT and his dancers then jump off stage and march towards the back of the venue where the VIP Lounge is located (attached to Stage B) all whilst performing "Let The Groove In."

The Tennessee Kids were strutting up and down the bar tabletops, shaking hands and high fiving fans. It gave a real intimate feel to the set. JT salutes the crowd and the VIP Bar after the song and has a shot of his infamous 901 Tequila.

The next few songs are stripped back and Justins talent shines through. Covering Elvis Presleys "Heartbreak Hotel" and Michael Jacksons "Human Nature," as well as acoustic renditions of "Not a Bad Thing" and "What Goes Around, Comes Around."

The Stage B set was coming to an end with a few more hits before marching back through the crowd to the main stage. With the night coming to a close, JT makes sure he goes out with a bang with an epic trifecta final three songs including "Suit & Tie," "SexyBack," and "Mirrors."

JT slowly disappears into the stage he once appeared from over two hours prior. The lights go out. And the show comes to an end, with everyone knowing they were just a part of something special!

Australia - youve been so idyllic. #JT2020Tour has been bustling from shore to shore. And its hard to believe that on Wednesday, October 1st, JT and The Tenneessee Kids will hit Sydney! We cant wait!

In the meantime, heres a social report from the Brisbane show. This time, rather than assign a professional photographer or writer, we picked Jacob Ambach, a University student who is a big fan and asked him to share with us a fans experience of the show. He got so excited - he did a moonwalk! Amazing! Read more below and show your support in the comments :)

Social Report // Jacob AmbachBrisbane // Sept 23rd 2014: My Day From Ordinary to Extraordinary

My day started very ordinary, attending university for one tutorial and a lecture. After my University lecture, I met up with 2 close friends of mine at the library to attend the show. Our trip to the stadium was just over 2 hours, having to transfer trains to get off at Boondall station. But when we made the transfer to catch the other train, the entire train was packed with people attending the concert! My friends and I wanted to get the crowd pumped up before the show began, so we sang some JT and Michael Jackson songs like "Cry Me a River", "Take Back the Night," and "The Way You Make Me Feel."

There was an enormous hype when we arrived at the stadium; Everyone was talking about how awesome the show will be. In the background, JTs music was playing including MJs Billie Jean. Pre-show, I did a small performance to get pumped up, and a moonwalk for my friends and a few other attendees!

The 20/20 Experience World Tour in Brisbane started off with a bang! The lights turned to complete darkness as Justin! Justin! Justin! Justin! echoed throughout the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Camera flashes lit up the stage.

Atthe very front of the stage while I was taking photos, there were 3unique fans that stood out. One was a lady wearing a JSTN cap, along with another fan wearing the exact same hat. The other individual had a Miley Cyrus haircut and I was convinced for a few moments it was the star herself checking out "The 20/20 Experience World Tour! Haha... Needless to say, Brisbane fans were very happy to see JT.

As the lights slowly came up on stage with Justin Timberlake and the Tennessee kids silhouettes, the crowd went in an extreme uproar; I was almost deafened!

There was a moment of silence from JT and the band started to play Pusher Love Girl Everyone knew the exact lyrics of the song. And thus, with the help of the TN kids, JT was able to tell a story through each and every song that night.

Throughout the show, JT connected with the crowd; when he shouted AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE, the audience would respond with OI OI OI. , Cry Me a River, My Love, Rock Your Body and more of his classic songs were brought to life that night and the fans welcomed his new songs such as Suit and Tie, Tunnel Vision,Not a Bad Thing. Meanwhile, Brisbane fans were harmonious among one another, loving and fun to be around.

Fans were most stunned when JT performed "Take Back the Night" and the stage began moving. Better yet, JT and the Tennesee kids got close and personal at the 901 lounge and shook hands with some of the fans. The fans were mesmerized with JTs close greeting, and I was lucky enough to shake his hand while he was greeting everyone! Ahhh!!

The show was concluded with , Justin and the Tennesee kids bid farewell the fans and disappeared underneath the stage. JT still has the magic as a performer and the fans know he is currently the greatest living entertainer.

My Top 20 - 20/20 Experiences

20. The Atmosphere

After a scorching hot spring day, the night air is refreshingly cool and crisp at Sydney Olympic Park. As the sun sets, the crowd begins filing into the stadium. Theres a growing sense of excitement as selfies are taken in front of JT posters and status updates proclaim "T minus 60 minutes til Justin time."

19. The Fans Giggling

Groups, canoodling couples, lone wolves, young, old - every demographic is covered, but theres a common thread: smiles, politeness, and a real sense of sharing the JT love.

18. The Attire

While the girls have gone glitter and glam with a showcase of sequins and short shorts, the style awards go to the gentlemen this evening. Taking their suit & tie cues from the main man himself, a few bold boys have upped the fashion-hista stakes. They donned jackets and ties - injecting some sartorial sophistication into the night.

17. The Merch

Judging by the queues for merchandise, it seems everyone is after a memento of the evening, with many opting to wear their purchases straight away. JSTN trucker caps are carefully tilted to the perfect jaunty angle while more boxes of official t-shirts need to be wheeled in on trolleys to keep up with demand.

16. The Anticipation Inside

In the arena, the DJ is revving the crowd up. "When I say J, yall say T!" Seats are taken and prime positions in the standing area are defended. The chatter has risen from a murmur to a roar. Huge secret-service style men in suits whisper instructions to the for-hire security guys, and crews head up to the ceiling lighting rigs. The show is about to begin!!

15. The Super Screen Large

Hexagonal panels connect to create the electronic background screen, forming a beehive-like structure that suddenly bursts into life with the The 20/20 Experience imagery. The crowd whistles and cheers as the countdown starts.

14. The Entrance

In a flash of blinding light, the man himself - Justin Timberlake - appears centre stage, backlit in silhouette as his giant shadow is cast behind him on the screen, dominating the stadium. The audience erupts.

13. The Talent

Can JT sing? Yes, he can! Can JT dance? Yes, he can! And all that talent is on display as his opening vocals soar to a falsetto. He descends the stairs in style, and he glides across the stage like hes sliding on ice.

12. The Mic Moves

Theres the casual flip of the microphone, which is twirled through the air at a break in a song and then snatched back for the next verse. Its all done with a cool aloofness.

11. The Lapel Lift

With a smooth backward sweep of the arms, JT momentarily pulls back the suit jacket, revealing the lightning bolted shirt beneath.

10. Suave Moves

A mention has to be made to his suave moves, which amplify the screaming another notch.

9. The Acknowledgement

Justin seems genuinely surprised and touched by the rapturous reception hes given. Hand on his heart, nods of thanks, and bows to all corners of the stadium.

8. The Aussie Accent

Justin (surprisingly!?) displays his mastery of the broad Australian accent, almost unable to stop repeating the common Aussie greeting of "How ya goin?" over and over again with the perfect upward inflection - just like a local.

7. The New Name

Justin reveals his honorary Australian nickname - Juzzo! (Its an Aussie thing, but it could catch on!)

6. The Quote of the Night

"I told the guys Australias like the rest of the world, they just have way more f*#king fun! They can also drink twice as much as you." As you can imagine, the crowd goes wild.

5. The "Traxedo"

Whether deliberate or not, Justins second half outfit perfectly embodies the Australian way of life. Part track suit, part tuxedo - keeping it business up top with a suit jacket, while cutting loose with fitted sweat pants.

4. The Instruments

The Tennessee Kids sure can play, creating a wall of sound. During the show, Justin gives his feet a break to play the piano and the guitar.

3. The Moment

Spoiler Alert! Were midway through, and a massive clear platform stage has glided right over the outstretched arms of the screaming crowd, carrying Justin across the arena from the main stage to the 901 Tequila Lounge at the back. Im literally under the soles of his sneakers as he spins and sings above.

2. The Eye Contact

Justin reaches out to high-five his fans, make eye contact, comment, smile, nod hello, give a thumbs up for a bow tie in the crowd - all while continuing to perform his heart out. He makes an effort to make a real connection.

1. The Experience

20/20 doesnt cover it. 100/100 still seems too small. Justin Timberlake has rocked Sydney with a massive performance. A visually stunning and musically masterful show. Thank you, JT. Dont make us wait another 7 years! Or better yet, just move to Australia. Youve already got the accent sorted!

Aussie Aussie Aussie! Oi! Oi! Oi!

Australia. You were fantastic. Perth was the last city Justin and The Tennessee Kids hit up down under, and it ended the Australian leg of The 20/20 Experience with a bang.

We chose Shasha Chayunk as our social reporter for Perth. While she isnt a professional photographer or writer, she is a professional traditional Malay dancer and choreographer who was inspired by Justin to become a performer. Recently Shasha packed her bags and flew from her home in Singapore to Australia to attend SIX #JT2020Tour shows as well as the 20/20 Dance Workshop Experience in Brisbane - conducted by our very own TN Kid dancers - Lyle Beniga, Matt Aylward & Ivan Koumaev.

Check out her social report and get the scoop on her month of #JT2020Tour.

Social Report // Shasha Chayunk // Perth // Oct. 8, 2014

I have always wanted to see JT perform live, but I have never been able to in Singapore. So I rescheduled my work, performances, and workshops and packed my bags for one month of Justin Timberlake...in Australia! My friends say I am crazy to be watching JT for six shows, but they dont have to understand. It makes me happy. This man gave me the inspiration to be where I am now. Attending his concerts is my dream coming true! Heres my 20/20 Experience from the land down under!

The 20/20 Dance Workshop Experience with The Tennessee Kids

Once a dancer, always a dancer...you just cant stop dancing wherever you are! I am always keen to learn new dances so I attended the 20/20 Dance Workshop Experience conducted by The Tennessee Kids (Lyle Beniga, Matt Aylward & Ivan Koumaev) in Brisbane. I learned so many moves and grooves from these talented guys. Even though I was a beautiful disaster in the classes, I had an amazing experience and made a lot of new friends. The guys were so inspiring. Its obvious that they teach from their hearts. The experience expanded my passion for dance to a new level.

The Concert! #JT2020Tour in Perth

The fans at Perth Arena were amazingly decked out for the show - all dressed up in black & white, suit & ties, JT t-shirts, caps, and everything in between! While each fan was unique, they all had smiles, excitement, and love and support for JT.

When the lights dimmed, the countdown began. 2015...10...3...2...1

The anticipation, excitement, roars, cheers, and applause was unbelievable!

Welcome to The 20/20 Experience.

Pusher Love Girl was on, and there he was.

The stage, the lights, the visuals, and the roaring fans made for a magical experience.

JT proceed on to his new songs Drink You Away, Tunnel Vision his legendary songs Rock Your Body, Summer Love - and more. The crowd and I sang and danced to all of his hits together.

JTs energy and passion were evident in his performance. It was admirable the way he showed his gratitude for his fans bowing and thanking them over and over again.

For the second part of the show, I was given a seat at the VIP 901 Sauza Loungeby TeamJT, and it was extraordinary. Lucky me!

When the song Let The Groove Get In came on, Stage B started to rise and then moved all the way to the VIP 901 Sauza Lounge! The crowd went crazy wild! Everyone in the arena was getting VIP treatment. I felt like a seven year old watching that stage move completely wonderstruck, amazed, stoked, astonished lost for words. As if this experience wasnt amazing enough, I even had the chance to shake JTs hand!

While at the VIP 901 Suaza Lounge, JT did tributes to Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson - covering "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Human Nature."

As Stage B moved back to the main stage, one of his backup singers J.K. grabbed my attention when singing with JT. He had a beautiful voice and awesome grooves. Standing ovation and salute to you! You got all of my attention on that song.

As the night came to an end, I joined my friends in our original seats. JT finished up the night with Suit & Tie, and I have no doubt that all the people in the arena had one of the best nights of their lives.

Im certain that it wasnt a mistake flying to Australia to watch JT. It was witnessing history in the making watching a living legend perform.

To all the people who could not attend his concerts, but wanted to, if there is ever a chance for you to be at one go! Go with your love ones, your besties, or heck- go alone if you have too! Because at a JT concert, you are never alone. It may take a little courage to introduce yourself to the person next to you, but you might end up having a ton of fun with them throughout the concert. Dont wait for things to happen, make them happen!

Cheers to one of the best living legends of our generation. Definitely the best concerts Ive ever been too! Thank you!

Dreams do come true. Mine did, and maybe yours will too.

Today marks the 20 day countdown to The 20/20 Experience World Tours return to the USA for the LAST leg of this tour. In honor of that, we will be featuring a different original TN Kid (i.e. dancer, band member, singer) each day as we countdown.

Hope you enjoy getting to #MeetTheTNKids !

First up - the uber-talented dancer Ms. Dana Wilson. All you need to know about Dana below...

Dana Wilson

Role in TN Kids: Dancer

Hometown: Aurora, CO

JT.com Fan Page: Dana Wilson Fan Page

How did you first start getting into music/dancing?

My beautiful, loving, hysterical, and talented mother put me in dance class when I was three years old. I only stopped once (to take a breather).... when I was six.

First concert?

Ricky Martin. True fact.

Whos your biggest influence? Idol?

Toni Basil. She is one of my mentors and the funkiest woman I know. She can sing, dance, act, and at (insert mystery age), she is still a student lover of ALL styles of dance. Plus, she has GREAT taste in hats.

Nickname? (And why?)

Dana Dane. I have no idea when, where, or how this got started...but I like it :-)

On tour, you cant survive without (these 3 things):

In this order:

1. Wi-Fi

2. Peanut butter

3. Working out

That is of course after the essentials: food, water, shelter, and frozen yogurt...

Whats been your favorite place youve visited so far and why?

Tough one. Its a three-way tie between Morocco, Turkey, and Moscow. All three had incredible food, shopping, art, and people.

Favorite moment on #JT2020Tour?

My favorite moment would have to be stepping onto the stage and watching the rain pour down through the lights over 70 + thousand fans at the Stade de France.

Whats your favorite song to dance/play? Go-to karaoke song?

Ever since I learned it watching MTV, my favorite song to dance to will forever be "Like I Love You." My karaoke jam would have to be Jewels Foolish Games" or something ridiculous from a Broadway show.

What message would you give to an aspiring musician/dancer?

If you round off all your corners to fit in, youll wind up losing your edge.

Do you have your own personal project?

An instavideo per day :-) @danadaners

Anyone you want to give a shout-out to?

My fianc, Daniel. He gives me wings.

Hometown: Seattle, WA

Motto: Stay hungry.

How did you first start getting into music/dancing?

I watched the movie Breakin, and it was love at first sight.

First concert?

Either Backstreet Boys or NWA, dont remember which one came first. I had a wide taste in music, what can I say?

Whos your biggest influence? Idol?

At this point in time, I would have to say Marty Kudelka. I respect his work and process and have learned a lot from watching him create.

Nickname? (And why?)

Ivo 5-0 or Stub Hub.

came from a golf course outing. I have to assume that it simply rhymed at the time.

Stub Hub was given to me by Mr. Kudelka, so you can ask him.

On tour, you cant survive without (these 3 things):

1. My music

2. My phone

3. My computer

I feel I need to justify that answer because Im almost embarrassed by my tie to technology. Truthfully, I think anyone can agree that life is simply more efficient, and at times a lot more fun, with the tools that technology has to offer.

Favorite moment on #JT2020Tour so far?

Its incredibly difficult to single out one defining moment in the midst of all of the great experiences. Stepping out on stage in my hometown, in front of everyone that I grew up with, and watching their faces light up initially and then just stare in complete awe and disbelief was surreal. Its a moment that will resonate with me forever.

Whats your favorite song to dance/play? Go-to karaoke song?

In the show, Strawberry Bubblegum, with My Love being a very close second. If were speaking generally, then that is an impossible question to answer. I listen to new music almost on a weekly basis. I fall in love with music over and over again. In short, I have a lot of favorites.. and I absolutely dont karaoke haha.

What message would you give to an aspiring musician/dancer?

Commitment and balance is key. Stay loose. I think you should let life take you where its meant to take you.

Do you have your own personal project?

Im constantly working on my choreography skills and perfecting my craft. It is my personal project and is consistently testing me and my creative limits.

Anyone you want to give a shout-out to?

My mom and sister - two beautiful and inspiring women.

Suited N Booted, true brothers.

Marty Kudelka, my boss, mentor, and friend.

And whoever took a moment to read all this, especially if you made it this far - thanks, I appreciate your interest.

Lindsay Richardson

Role in TN Kids: Dancer

Hometown: Berlin, Vermont

Fan Page: http://justintimberlake.com/users/lindsayrichardson

Motto? "Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise"

How did you first get into dance?

Honestly, my mom, sister, and I watched the movie Save The Last Dance one day, and for whatever reason, I was inspired by that movie to take classes. I always loved entertaining my family though and had way too much energy - so dance was it!

First Concert?

The Hanson Brothers.

Whos your biggest influence? Idol?

I would have to say that my parents are my biggest influences. Theyve always showed me what hard work can do for you. They both started at the bottom of their careers and worked many years to get to the top. Theyre extremely successful at what they do. That is something that will forever inspire me.

Nickname?

I think its pretty self-explanatory :-)

On tour, you cant survive without (these 3 things):

1. A comfortable pair of shoes

2. Wine

3. Lots of spare socks and underwear (laundry is annoying and expensive!)

Whats been your favorite place youve visited so far and why?

I have a few favorite places. London and Lisbon are probably my two favorite though.

Favorite moment on #JT2020Tour?

The most memorable would have to be our first show. This job is my first tour ever, and dancing for Justin is one of my dream jobs. The first time I danced on stage with him is something that I will never forget. Whats your favorite song to dance to? In the show, my favorite song to dance to is "My Love. Its a classic. In general, depending on my mood, anything Aaliyah or Miguel.

What message would you give to an aspiring dancer? To not compare yourself to anyone elses journey. Everyones time is different. If its meant to be, it will be.

#MeetTheTNKids : Day 4 of the 20 day countdown to the last leg of The 20/20 Experience World Tour.

Today were introducing - the always-suave dancer - Lyle Beniga.

Lyle Beniga

Role in TN Kids: Dancer

Hometown: Waldorf, MD

FanPage: http://justintimberlake.com/users/lylebeniga

How did you first start getting into dance?

As far as learning choreography, I started in my first year in college, which you could say is relatively late. Ive loved to dance since I can remember though. I was always that one dancing fool at family barbecues and school mixers. When I got into college, where I was majoring in engineering oddly enough, I befriended many dance majors who exposed me to the hip hop/urban dance culture in the area. Soon enough I was completely engulfed in it and in love.

Whos your biggest influence? Idol?

There have been a lot of dancers whove influenced me greatly over the years - like Jabbawockeez, Aakomon Jones, Marty Kudelka, and my dance-brother growing up Tony Tzar. But as far as how I approach my dance, I would say Bruce Lee! His philosophy was so ahead of its time. His teachings can be applied to all arts, which I do today.

Nickname? And why?

The crew started calling me "Banga" LOL. I have a brand called BNGA, which are initials for my last name. When I started wearing the clothing around, people suggested it meant "Banga", and somehow it stuck.

On tour, you cant survive without (these 3 things):

1. My glasses/contacts. For anyone that understands contact prescriptions, Im a -8.0. If I were performing on stage without them, youd see me run into everybody, or see a big squinting look on my face.

2. Wi-Fi. Because when you hit overseas, it is not a game how much cell phone companies charge for data!

3. My MUSIC!

Favorite moment on #JT2020Tour so far?

When we performed at Stade de France. I had a quiet moment to myself on stage during the show, and thought, "Damn. Standing next to me are the most talented musicians and dancers in the world - performing for the greatest entertainer of our time - in front of 75,000 people - in Paris!" If you told me this was my future 12 years ago, when I was still trying to learn "Like I Love You" from a crappy video recording of the VMAs, "bulls**t" wouldnt even begin to explain it! All in all, I just feel very lucky and blessed to be on this tour.

Whats your favorite song to dance to? Of all time?

Thats too tough, and I cant just name one. Off the top of my head, "Can I Get Open?" by Original Flavor and "Dancing Machine" by The Jackson 5. On the tour, "TKO" and "My Love". I wish we danced to "Summer Love" though, thats my jam!

What message would you give to an aspiring dancer?

Love what you do, own what you do, and make use of your advantages - but the most out of your limitations.

Do you have your own personal project?

You can check out some of my choreography on my youtube channel BNGATVwhere I have a lot of concept videos and class footage up. Also, I have a clothing brand, BNGA, which I spend a great amount of my free time on the road working on with my fianc, Megan Curameng. You can check it out at BENIGA.com.

#MeetTheTNKids : 16 days till the last leg of The 20/20 Experience World Tour begins.

Today were introducing - the man with mad moves - Matt.

Role in TN Kids: Dancer

Hometown: Charolette, NC

Fan Page: http://justintimberlake.com/users/mattAylward

How did you first get into music/dancing?

I first got into dancing in middle school. I got placed in a dance class since I was a part of the Arts Program. At first, I was totally against it, but thankfully, I stuck with it and ended up falling in love with it. Havent stopped dancing since.

First concert?

NSYNC, duh!

Whos your biggest influence? Idol?

My biggest influence would have to be our choreographer Marty Kudelka. Ill never forget how incredible it felt to learn his choreography for the first time, we always say, "Its like going to church". I always found myself practicing his moves or learning his stuff off of YouTube and wanting to hear music the way he does. I have learned so much from him, and without him, I would not be here today.

Also, I have to say that my fellow dancer/brother Ivan Koumaev is up at the top of the list as well. Ivan took me under his wing and helped me as soon as I moved out to LA. He even let me crash on his couch for a few months when I was broke. I assisted him for about three years, and it was the best training I have ever received. Getting to do this tour alongside him is something I will always cherish.

Nickname? (And why?)

/ No one besides my mom has ever called me this, but in the past two years, everyone has seemed to latch on to this one. Its the current front runner.

/ Because its 2014 and we address each other by our Instagram names.

/ My last name is hard for people to say.

Gerber Baby / Im the youngest of all my friends...and the youngest Tennessee Kid.

"Ayl-wardo" / courtesy of Aaron Camper.

/ Only my mom calls me this, but I love it the most - makes me feel like a superhero.

Wow...way too many nicknames hah.

On tour, you cant survive without (these 3 things):

1. MUSIC/in-ears/headphones

2. My notebook

3. FaceTime

Whats been your favorite place youve visited so far and why?

Weve been to some amazing places, but off the top of my head, I would have to say my hometown Charlotte, Paris, Copenhagen, London, Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi, Iceland, Poland, and LA. Honestly, every city is truly special, just getting to live out my dreams everyday makes all the places awesome.

Whats your favorite song to dance/play?

Its impossible for me to pick just one, really depends on my mood. I am always listening to new music and getting new ideas for different things.

What message would you give to an aspiring musician/dancer?

If dance is something you truly love and want to pursue, DO IT! Everyones path is different, so just because you want to do something that isnt necessarily normal, doesnt mean you shouldnt attempt it. Never say "what if" because you only have one life, and its a shame to waste it.

Do you have your own personal project?

As a dancer, I am a constant personal project every single day. Whether it be teaching class, taking class, or working behind the camera, there is always something going on.

Anyone you want to give a shout-out to?

Mom, Dad, and Meagan. Thank you for all the support. You guys are the driving force behind everything.

Tonetay, Bobby, Terence - My Suited n Booted Brothers. You inspire me more than anyone I have ever met, and our friendship will never fail - because we are a family.

Spencer - My best friend. You are the greatest. End of story.

#MeetTheTNKids : 15 days till the last leg of The 20/20 Experience World Tour begins.

Today were introducing the lovely Natalie Gilmore.

Role in TN Kids: Dancer

Hometown: Seattle, WA

Fan Page: http://justintimberlake.com/users/nataliegilmore

Motto: All You Need is Love

How did you get into music/dancing?

At age five, I asked my mom if I could take ballet. (I think I was in it for the pink tutu and shiny tap shoes that came with).

First concert?

Summer Jam 96 in Seattle at the Gorge Amphitheatre with artists including Ginuwine and Keith Sweat... if youre familiar with either! Ha!

Whos your biggest influence? Idol?

Dance-wise... I would say Marty Kudelka has been one of the biggest influence and contributors to my growth as a dancer. I credit many others: David Moore, Bryan Tanaka, Nick Wilson, Ivan Koumaev, Matt Cady, Elm Pizarro, Tessandra Chavez, Craig Holloman, Jaffar Smith, Lindsey Blaufarb, Candace Brown, GiGi Torres, Jayson Wright...

Nickname? (And why?)

is pretty standard. The others are just spin offs: Nat Cat, Natty G.

On tour, you cant survive without:

1. Headphones / music

2. My journal / computer (cuz sometimes I dont feel like handwriting :p)

3. A hoodie (there are few things better than a good hoodie snuggle)

Whats been your favorite place youve visited so far and why?

My favorite place was probably Lisbon, Portugal for its beauty and amazing crowd at Rockin Rio. But of course, my roaring hometown of Seattle, WA will always stick with me.

Whats your favorite song to dance/play? Go-to karaoke song?

Dance to: "Rock Your Body" and a non-Justin song would have to be Crystal Waters "100% Pure Love."

Play: I can play "Ode To Joy" on the piano.

Karaoke: I dont practice singing unless Im in the car, and right now, I dont have one. Lets just say that until I can get some more practice, I wont be at karaoke night much at all.

What message would you give to an aspiring musician/dancer?

Its a crazy entertainment world, but if you stay humble and learn from every single experience you ever get, then you will never work a day in your life. You will enjoy the journey and not the destination. Push yourself and take notes from everyone you meet. Smile. Eat great food. Make friends and keep them. Surrender with patience and know that everything will pan out in its own way.

Do you have your own personal project?

As of right now, I dont. After this tour, I plan on teaching youth and young adults. I enjoy sharing what I know with those that aspire to be the next generation of it all. I think its so important for kids to have some sort of a creative outlet growing up - both mentally and physically. I just want to share as much of my knowledge as I can.

Anyone you want to give a shout-out to?

GOD. Mom. My Lala. Mano. Seattle and LA roll dogs... (you know who you are) I wouldnt be here without you.

ALSO shout-out to Justin Timberlake and my TN Kids family because they are very important puzzle pieces that make up this journey for me. Thank you all for being professional, talented, hard working and extremely funny. Because without laughter and true passion, there would be no magic. And theres a ton of magic. :D
